About This Product

A high-performance drive unit that integrates a feed screw and stepping motor without a coupling. The motor is directly attached to the shaft end of the ball screw, creating an ideal structure in which the ball screw's axis becomes the motor's rotation axis, resulting in minimal lost motion. The direct mounting structure eliminates the need for couplings and makes the longitudinal dimension more compact.

This is a drive unit that enables high performance and precise positioning by using a precision ball screw + 5-phase stepping motor. Precision ball screws have accuracy class C3 as standard.

■Features-This product is ideal for high-precision positioning, with a 5-phase stepping motor directly attached to the shaft end of a precision ball screw with accuracy class C3.
・Ideal structure where the ball screw axis becomes the motor rotation axis.
・Due to the direct mounting structure, there is no need for couplings, and you can expect to shorten the longitudinal dimension and reduce lost motion.
- Recommended drivers for 5-phase stepping motors are also available.
