About This Product

■Summary

・This is a new concept thermal pad that attaches between a heat source such as a CPU or GPU and a heat sink, and has a heat conduction function and a function that reduces noise generated from the heat source. ・Reducing electromagnetic wave noise generated by high-speed processing devices such as CPUs and GPUs by using the dielectric loss effect. - Great noise reduction effect between 400MHz/700MHz band and 10GHz band.

■Features

・Can solve the heat generation problem of high-speed processing units and the electromagnetic noise problem at the same time. ・Made of silicone resin, has excellent adhesion to the heat source and has high heat conduction effect. - Lighter and cheaper than existing magnetic powders ・Can be processed into various shapes depending on the purpose ・Excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy (can be used up to 150℃) ・RoHS Compliant, Halogen-free, UL94-V0
