・The main board as well as the control board, MDU, and power supply system have been rebuilt.
・Furthermore, the crimping unit has been strengthened to handle thicker wires and larger terminals.
・Aiming for an operator-friendly machine, a large 10.4-inch full-color LCD touch panel with excellent visibility and operability has been adopted.
・Carrier dust and insulation dust are separated, making it easy to see how much has accumulated.
・The palm-sized applicator and minimal machine size contribute to space saving in the factory.
・Consumable parts are compatible with the previous C551HXA Series.
・Comes standard with a terminal reel mechanism, paper winding mechanism (MGPR), collector for thin wires with wire presence sensor (CN-06-00), and dedicated HXG conveyor (CC-60HX).
・Achieves an astonishing total weight in the 200g range for the crimper and dies combined. The palm-sized applicator never leaves you struggling for a place to put it.
・Data such as crimping settings, shot counts, and crimp force values are stored, and simply mounting the applicator on the machine completes the settings input that was troublesome with conventional applicators. After that, just enter the wire length and quantity and press the start button.
・Worn crimpers and anvils can also be replaced easily.
・Introducing the high-spec grade "Fully Automatic Double-End Crimping Machine Castagnon HXG."
・The software of the previous C551HXA has been completely renewed.
・By directly applying the technology cultivated with the new model [Castagnon C551MG], it can now handle thicker wires and larger terminals.
・It is the ultimate machine, attractive and worthy of becoming the "next-generation basic machine."
・Management of crimp counts, cutting blades, and stripping blades.
