About This Product

■Features

・A completely renewed system. The evolved standard. ・Adopts three blades to achieve outstanding processing performance. ・Achieves 5,340 wires/h (L=300). ・By building a control environment uniquely designed by KODERA, the startup time from power-on has been dramatically shortened compared to previous models. ・The power supply system and control board have been renewed, improving stability and expandability. ・The adoption of three independent blades for cutting, leading-end stripping, and trailing-end stripping enables further quality improvement and faster processing speeds. ・As with the conventional C551S Series, a processing mode using only the center blade can also be selected, allowing processing suited to the characteristics of the wire and other materials. ・In addition to the conventional air-blowing mechanism, insulation dust is now constantly suctioned, making it much less likely to scatter. ・A reassuring design that inherits the mechanism of the trusted C551S Series. ・Comes standard with a collector with wire presence sensor CN-4503B, terminal reel stand (RSB or URSB), and signal tower. ・Consumable parts are shared with previous models, supporting maintenance work and equipment replacement. ・Three independent blades: leading-end strip blade, cutting blade, and trailing-end strip blade. Furthermore, the new "cut after strip" mode dramatically reduces troubles caused by strip dust remaining on the blades. ・Independent dust boxes for leading-end carrier dust, strip dust, and trailing-end carrier dust. Strip dust scattering is prevented by air blowing plus powerful suction. ・The newly designed electrical system shares part of the power supply system and control board with the C551HXG, achieving higher stability and reliability. ・By using separate blades for cutting, leading-end stripping, and trailing-end stripping, further quality stabilization of the stripped sections and faster processing speeds have been achieved. ・Enables finer waveform management than previous models. ・The crimp force detection start position can be specified. ・Detection areas A and B can be specified, and upper and lower tolerance limits can be specified individually for the whole and for each area. ・Specified settings can be stored for each terminal.
