■Summary
・Zipper tubes (cable jackets, binding protection tubes) are used to wrap electric wires (or wire bundles) from the outside to minimize exposure, and function to block internal noise radiation or external noise inflow.
・By adding conductive fibers or wire mesh to the basic sheet (aluminum/PVC sheet), the shielding rate can be increased.
- Suitable for use in cables for semiconductor equipment, power construction, various electrical/communication switchboards, shield-related construction, etc.
■Features
Excellent shielding effect. (70~90dB reduction possible in 30MHz~1.5GHz band)
・Grounding can be done by attaching a metal braided wire.
・Easy to install/dismantle/reinstall and has the effect of tidying up and protecting electric wires.
- Seat material, size, and fastening form can be selected depending on the application.
