About This Product

■FeaturesThis indicator manages the opening history of doors (drawers) by switching colors. The sealing status can be visually confirmed. While conventional sealing devices are consumables, this product is mechanical and can be reused repeatedly.

■ApplicationsDoors (drawers) where opening history management is required.

■How to Use1. In the state shown in the diagram (sensing pin extended), the indicator displays "red".
2. By closing the door (drawer) from the state shown in the diagram, the sensing pin is pushed into the case (pushing amount: 4-6mm).
3. While holding the sensing pin pushed in, insert the reset key into the reset hole and press down the indicator to switch the display from "red" to "green" to complete the setup.
4. If the set door (drawer) is opened even once, the indicator will automatically switch from "green" to "red". From this point forward, even if the door (drawer) is opened and closed repeatedly, the indicator will remain red until the reset operation is performed using the reset key, allowing visual confirmation that the door has been opened.

■PrecautionsWhen installing on sheet metal, the insertion side should have a rounded edge or a C0.3 (thin chamfer). The receiving side of the sensing pin should have a chamfer or radius. (Ensure there are no sharp edges.) (Recommended chamfer: C3 or higher, R: R4 or higher) Always pull the indicator all the way down. (Do not release the reset key prematurely.)

When using on a hinged door, ensure the distance between this product and the hinge's rotation center is R300 or higher. However, since the rotation trajectory and the shape of the sensing pin's receiving side differ depending on the hinge's mounting position, always verify before installation. This product cannot lock the door.
