About This Product

■Overview

An adhesive tape developed for covering the heaters of heat sealers. Because no adhesive is applied to the central portion, the adhesive does not come into direct contact with the heater, preventing soiling and adhesive residue and extending the life of the tape.

■Applications

・Release applications for heat sealers ・Release applications for press plates handling cotton, nonwovens, and similar materials ・High-temperature electrical insulation coating ・Temporary fixing when bundling cables

■Service Temperature Range

-60°C to +200°C

■Features

・Because no adhesive is applied to the central portion of the bonding surface, the adhesive does not melt at high temperatures. ・The small bonding area means it peels off easily even when applied for temporary fixing. ・The tape surface has excellent non-stick, release, slip, chemical resistance, and water repellency properties. ・Excellent electrical insulation and dimensional stability. ・Complies with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) requirements for apparatus, containers, and packaging. (As of March 2020)
