About This Product

■Overview

An adhesive tape with a fluororesin (Teflon™ PTFE) impregnated glass cloth backing, coated on one side with a high-heat-resistance silicone adhesive. Compared with AGF-100FR, AGF-100T has particularly excellent hot adhesive strength, making it ideal for heat sealing at high temperatures.

■Applications

・Release applications for heat sealers and vacuum packaging machines ・Release for heat seal surfaces with complex shapes ・Heat sealing at high temperatures

■Service Temperature Range

-60°C to +250°C

■Features

・Resists peeling even at high temperatures and offers excellent tack ・The tape surface has excellent non-stick, release, slip, chemical resistance, and water repellency properties. ・Excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability. ・Complies with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) requirements for apparatus, containers, and packaging. (As of March 2020)
