About This Product

A dust monitor is a dust meter (dust concentration meter) that monitors dust generated from a dust collector. Continuous monitoring of small amounts of dust leaking from dust collectors 24 hours a day. Quickly detects and notifies you of the beginning of dust leakage.

■Advantages of introduction

1.24-hour monitoring ensures that even the smallest leaks are not overlooked. Realize predictive maintenance. 2. Eliminates sudden dust leaks, reducing the burden of periodic inspections. Contributes to labor saving. 3. You can use up the filter to the end. This leads to a reduction in maintenance costs.

■Features

1. 24-hour monitoring on behalf of humans, ensuring that even the smallest leaks are missed. Constant measurement (0.1 to 1,000mg/㎥) on behalf of humans. We will notify you before the dust exceeds the regulation value. The filter can be used up to the end, achieving ECO conservation. 2. Dust meter compliant with JIS standards This is an automatic dust concentration measuring device based on the performance evaluation method (JIS B7996). There is a strong correlation with the manual analysis method (JIS Z 8808) with a correlation coefficient of 0.969. You can leave it to us with confidence even when you are not performing manual analysis. 3. Industry's longest 3-year warranty Designed and produced in-house, we have sold over 6,000 units since its release. It is used in various factories with chimneys, regardless of industry, including government facilities.

■Operating principle

Attach the dust monitor to the secondary piping of the dust collector. When dust leaking into the exhaust gas comes into contact with or passes near the probe of the dust monitor, charge movement (triboelectric charge) occurs. The amount of charge movement is detected as a relative concentration that is proportional to the dust concentration, and this is output as an analog output and an alarm contact is used to notify you of an abnormality.
