About This Product

■Operating principle

・The measuring gear rotates according to the flow of fluid using the operating principle of a gear motor. ・The gear rotates without contact with the measurement chamber. There are two types of bearings: low-friction ball bearings and plain bearings. ・Two sensors installed inside the cover detect gear rotation without contact. The sensor section and measurement section are separated by an oil-resistant non-magnetic plate. - When the gear moves one pitch, the sensor outputs a pulse signal, which corresponds to the volume value of one tooth. ・The output signal is converted into a square wave by the preamplifier. - A/B 2-phase pulse output provides high resolution and allows the direction of fluid flow to be determined.

・Optimal measurements can be performed by selecting the housing material and bearing type according to the fluid specifications. - Sizes are categorized to suit each flow rate, supporting a wide measurement range. - Compatible with a wide viscosity range. ・Low pressure loss. ・Fast response ・High pressure specification ・Low noise ・High precision measurement with excellent reproducibility is possible. - Stable measurements can be performed even in a wide temperature range. ・It maintains extremely high measurement accuracy even in the measurable low flow rate range. ・Highly reliable electronic equipment. - Preamplifier wiring is also easy. ・Operation is indicated by LED. - Sensors and amplifiers can be easily replaced. - Explosion-proof specifications are available for all models.

■Explosion-proof specification (ATEX) overview

- Explosion-proof specifications can be selected for all flowmeter models. - Consists of a flowmeter and intrinsically safe electronic equipment (switching amplifier K-130), and is certified as intrinsically safe. ・The flowmeter body should be installed in a hazardous area, and the switching amplifier (K-130) should be installed in a safe area. ・The flow meter and switching amplifier are electrically connected and convert the signal from the sensor into a square wave. ・The flowmeter cannot be used in hazardous areas without a switching amplifier. ・The flowmeter and switching amplifier can be connected up to a maximum of 400m. ・Power supply, disconnection, short circuit, etc. can be confirmed using the LED on the switching amplifier.
