About This Product
■Summary
Protects the detection part of analytical equipment from abnormal pressure of chemical solutions and samples.
■Features
・A diaphragm structure relief valve that uses only highly corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE and PPS for the wetted parts. Can also be used for strong acids, strong alkalis, etc.
- When the primary pressure increases, the valve opens and fluid flows to the secondary port, preventing the pressure in the primary piping from rising above the relief pressure.
- Low cost as no pressure sensor is required. Further cost reduction is possible through mass production of molding.
- Can be installed directly on piping, eliminating dead volume caused by relief branches and piping installation.
