About This Product

■Features of Sanmi Tex Labelers & Labeling Machines

The conveyed drum can is rotated, the bung is detected for positioning, and then a printer mounted on top issues a label corresponding to the product type and applies it to the top surface of the drum head. Containers of different shapes can also be handled on the same machine by performing changeover through handle adjustment. In addition to drum cans, we design and manufacture optimal configurations for a wide variety of containers and site environments, including 18L square cans, pail cans, various small cans, and plastic bottles.

■Other Product Specifications

・For the printer, two-color printers compatible with GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals) have also been delivered. ・In addition to various sensors, image analysis with a CCD camera is used to determine the label application position. ・In the process after application, the application condition is inspected with an image sensor. ・As auxiliary equipment for the labeler, an inkjet printer (explosion-proof versions available) that prints barcodes and lot numbers can also be integrated into the conveyor line.
