About This Product

Modular matrix plate suitable for clamping flat workpieces and workpieces with a plain base. Advantages and Benefits

・Short setting time – High holding force – Highest precision SCHUNK PLANOS matrix plates clamp flat or flat-bottomed workpieces reliably and quickly. This minimizes machining center setup time. Even for parts that are difficult to clamp mechanically, PLANOS makes it very easy to achieve precise and deformation-free holding. - To increase horizontal holding power, PLANOS matrix plates can be equipped with an optional friction island. Compared to matrix plates without friction islands, matrix plates with friction islands have up to 30% higher horizontal holding forces. - The combination of PLANOS support plate and suction cup is the perfect solution for 5-sided machining and workpiece cutout machining. The support plate can be easily fixed to the base plate.
