■ Memorial mode
In the grip mode, there are BasicGrip and Softgrip. BasicGrip and Softgrip can be re -grasped the work by continuous operation of the motor. Automatically optimizes the grooming speed for the gaze set in BasicGrip. Softgrip allows you to gently grasp the damaged work by minimizing the impact force when hitting the work.
■ Mechanism of grooming force
In the case of an emergency stop or a voltage drop, the combination of an electric -type holding brake and the initial tension of the elastic body can maintain 75% or more of the original knowledge. If you can prevent grooming and positioning, you can retain 90 % of the first positive strength. The finger overrun when removing the work is about a few millimeters, which depends on the generated groom. There is also an option and there is also a version with no knowledge holding function.
■ Attention
Gripper has enhanced the protection function for the entry of dust and liquids by default. IP protection of electronic devices is effective only when the plug cononer is properly attached. The gripper gearbox is further protected by a sticker on the main shaft.
■ Interface with Base Joe
When using the intermediate block, the base joe interface supports the general-purpose gripper PGN-PLUS-P interface. This means that a wide range of pgn-plus-P nail accessories can be used for this gripper in consideration of the application limit applied to the interference contour.
■ Standard equipment with food lubricants
It does not fully meet the requirements for EN 1672-2: 2020 as a solution that facilitates medical technology, lab auto motion, and pharmaceutical and food industry.
