The new KONTEC KSC3 is a center clamping vise that inherits the impressive and proven characteristics of the previous KONTEC KSC series, including high precision, high gripping force and an extremely flat design. A new feature of note is the nickel-plated base body, which optimally protects the clamping vise from corrosion and significantly expands its versatility. In addition, the interference contours of several sizes have been further optimized, which further improves the accessibility of the vise, especially for 5-axis machining.
- An extremely wide range of system jaws and top jaws, unique on the market, makes the center clamping vise a flexible clamping device. A closed system with optimized chip evacuation ensures maximum process reliability. The ability to replace existing KSC clamping vises with the new generation on a one-to-one basis further increases productivity.
