About This Product

3rd generation pneumatically actuated two-jaw clamping block in a compact design with high gripping forces and new technical highlights. Clamping blocks are available with standard jaw stroke, long stroke, or fixed jaws. Advantages and Benefits

Spring-retained powerhouse for tombstone and storage solutions The TANDEM KSF3 is a high performance spring-retained clamping block that is clamped via an integrated spring assembly and opened pneumatically. However, being a spring clamp, it is only suitable for OD clamps. Clamping blocks are mainly used in tombstones and storage solutions because the clamping force is fully maintained even after removing compressed air. The third generation also allows the vise to be equipped with air pressure monitoring, further expanding its range of applications. - An important aspect in further development is compatibility, so that existing KSF plus vises can be replaced 1:1 with the new KSF3 vises. The proven geometry allows optimal access of the machine spindle to the workpiece. *Other product numbers are available.
