3rd generation pneumatic two-jaw clamping block. The compact design and quick-change jaw system allow for extremely quick adaptation to new clamping tasks. Clamping blocks are currently available with standard stroke or long stroke. Advantages and Benefits

TANDEM KSP3 stands for Strong Pneumatically Operated Clamping Block and has a very wide range of applications whenever pneumatics are available on the machine. Monitoring during external diameter clamping with an integrated spring assembly (patented), monitoring of the base jaw position with dynamic pressure (patented) or the possibility of air control via the jaws are additions included in the new generation These are just three examples of features. These are trendsetters, especially when it comes to automation.

■Jaw quick change system greatly reduces setup time.

The TANDEM KSP3-BWA vise also features a jaw quick change system. With this easy-to-change unit system, jaws can be replaced within seconds, either manually or automatically by a robot. No tools required. This results in significantly reduced setup times, especially when using multiple applications or clamping towers. *Other product numbers are available.
