・Minimum energy requirements due to 24 V technology The VERO-S NSE-E mini 90 uses non-hazardous 24 V technology and fits seamlessly into SCHUNK's alternative mechatronic module products. This provides a 1:1 replacement of pneumatic components and reduces the power consumption of the brushless DC motor to approximately 30 W both when locking and unlocking. This module is an energy efficient alternative solution to pneumatic modules. This fluid-free module, with optional clamping slider position monitoring, is ideal for use in manufacturing environments and all other applications where accurate clamping of parts is required during initial machining. . With an external diameter of 90 mm and a clamping diameter of 20 mm, this module is ideal for direct clamping of small workpieces.
