About This Product

It is a weak light emission image shooting system for real -time monitoring of culture cells. Equipped with a colored separation mechanism. Purpose / use ･ Luciferase's genetic expression of cells (real -time reporter assay) Transcription activity, clock gene (time biology), etc. ･ Response to culture cells Drug stimulation response (anticancer drug, DDS, etc.), stress response (hormone, antioxidant, anti -inflammatory), cell poisoning ･ Signal communication route, apoptosis, etc. Product feature ･ High -sensitivity CCD camera and high -collection optical efficiency optical system ･ Multicolor measurement by multiple filters ･ EM (electronic multiples) functions with super high sensitivity CCD that realizes absolute sensitivity of single proton / count ･ Bright low magnification optical system ･ Sample chamber can be cell culture with 35mm dish (control temperature, CO2 concentration, humidity, etc.) ･ Long -term gene expression can be monitored in real time ･ It can also be supported for perfusion culture and drug addition (optional / inquiry)
