About This Product
The WSE-5600/5610/5620 CYANOVIEW series is a transparent fluorescence-intended light source that outputs the excitation light of cyan (peak 505nm half price ± 25 nm). It can be used for fluorescent gel shooting and bands from gel.
Product Summary
The CYANOVIEW series is a cyan LED light source developed to enable ethidium bromide (ETBR), which is difficult to detect with the blue LED light source.
Cutting and shooting from etidium bromide dyeing gel is possible with the same sensitivity of ultraviolet irradiation devices.
Since nucleic acids do not decompose like ultraviolet rays, the gathering of nucleic acids after cutting is high.
It also supports fluorescent substances such as SYBR GREEN and Sypro Ruby, which are exciting with blue LEDs, as well as fluorescent substances for green LED excitation such as Pro-Q Diamond.
