Mixed magnetic materials (workpieces) and non-magnetic materials (media) are attracted and separated by a magnet-embedded drum installed on a vibrating conveyor. The separated magnetic materials are strongly demagnetized during belt conveyance, so there is no concern about residual magnetism.
Residual magnetic force is achieved at 5 Gauss or less.
