The combination of a parts feeder and an inclined plate (flap) efficiently sorts parts that were impossible to sort with vibratory or permanent magnet sorting methods. Spherical parts roll down due to their own weight, while non-spherical parts rise along the feeder in the opposite direction to the spherical parts and are discharged.
Note that this machine should only be used after the target materials have dried.
