■Features

- Combined processing with barrel polishing creates a high-quality finished surface. - Slurry can be controlled by particle size, pressure, and concentration, enabling stable and uniform processing. - Achieves a dense, non-directional, uniform matte surface. - Processing and cleaning are performed simultaneously, resulting in minimal residual abrasive material, making it suitable for precision machining. - As the liquid absorbs processing heat during processing, thermal deterioration is extremely minimal. - A wide range of abrasive material selection expands applications to various processing fields. - No dust escapes the machine, eliminating the risk of dust explosions and providing a good working environment. - Surface treatment processing is easy to operate. - Machine height can be adjusted to suit the operator's posture. - A base model with a reduced price can be customized with a wide range of options to select desired functions. - The "WA" specification uses wear-resistant materials for the pump and piping, ensuring a longer lifespan. - Changes from the "GB" specification to the "WA" specification are possible even after delivery by replacing parts.
