In barrel polishing, the finish is greatly affected by factors such as the container shape, rotation speed, and the type and amount of workpieces and media used. However, because the container is sealed, it's difficult to see "what's happening inside," making it challenging to optimize the conditions.
The FH-3 has a transparent front barrel tank, allowing for clear observation of the workpiece's orientation, collisions between workpieces, and flow turbulence during polishing.
By using it in conjunction with our contract analysis service, more detailed phenomenon analysis is possible.
