About This Product

■OverviewBonderon is an all-purpose primer with excellent adhesion to non-ferrous metals, inorganic materials, and other surfaces to which paint adheres poorly.

■Features・A one-component clear type that is easy to handle, with little paint waste.
・Fast drying, with a wide recoat window: 15 minutes to 168 hours (at a normal temperature of 20°C, indoors) 
・Broad compatibility with substrates and paints, from house paint to baking finishes
・Works with any coating equipment: brush, roller, spray, and even electrostatic coating
・A clear finish can be applied over it as a topcoat.
・It uses no heavy metal pigments, which raise environmental health and occupational safety concerns.

■Applications・Painting of various metals
・Clear finishing of porcelain tile and similar surfaces ・Repainting of curtain walls ・Repainting of enamel wall surfaces ・Repainting of galvanized iron roofs
・Painting the back side of replacement parts ・Painting of areas that cannot be abraded

■Directions for Use・Completely remove rust, oil, dust, and other impurities from the surface to be coated.
・Apply 2 to 3 even coats of the undiluted product. The optimum standard coverage is a dry film thickness of 10 to 15 μm, or 100 to 150 g per m2.
・Recoat window: 15 minutes to 168 hours at normal temperature
・Topcoat (follow the directions for each topcoat paint)
