We offer benefits that are different from conventional V dies.
It took a lot of effort and time to change the mold when bending medium to thick plates (Max. 40t). Introducing EZ MOVABLE DIE, a variable bending die system that can be replaced safely, quickly, and easily. By using "EZ MOVABLE DIE", there is no need to change molds, making press brake work faster and safer.
■A new common sense for bending molds created by voices from the processing site.
It is effective in reducing costs and improving productivity in high-mix, low-volume production.
■Mold replacement is significantly reduced.
・It took a lot of effort and time to change the mold when bending medium to thick plates.
・The variable bending die system "EZ MOVEABLE DIE" can easily change to any V width by changing the spacer.
■Achieves wide bending angle.
V width can be varied from 25 to 125 mm (model: EZD-^N), allowing for a wide range of bending from 30° to 180°.
■Others
- By installing a foil sheet, it is possible to catch the material waste generated when bending black bark material.
・Compatible with various press brakes (Amada, Trumpf)
