About This Product
There is no bending scratch with EZ DIE (Easy Die). Ideal for products that make bending scratches.
If you bend with a conventional V -die, bending will always occur. Therefore, the urethane sheet and bending scratch prevention sheets were prevented on the V -die, preventing the occurrence of scratches. When a short flange process was performed using bending, for example, SPCC 1.0TV = 5, there was a problem that the mesh of the cloth was transferred to the product, and the seat was broken.
It is EZ Die (Easy Die) that solves these problems. Insert an insert on the holder and use it in the same way as a normal V -die. It is also possible to use an insert of different V width with the same holder.
