About This Product

■Elevating drum supply device

- A feeding device that pulls out the electric wire from the drum and feeds it to a cutting machine, etc. ・The electric wire is paid out in synchronization with the drawing speed by sagging control using step rollers.

■Features

・Wires are paid out in perfect synchronization using Talumi control. - The drum is rotated by the drive tire, so the feeding noise is quiet. - The drum lifts and lowers electrically and stops when it is pressed against the drive tire at the appropriate pressure. ・By setting the drum brim diameter, it will automatically stop at the drum attachment/detachment position. - Manual operation and drum rotation direction switching is possible using the touch panel. - Data set for each drum can be saved using the memory function. - External emergency stop input/output signals each have one contact.

■Specifications

The delivery speed is calculated based on "drum rotation speed, drum body diameter", "tire rotation speed, tire diameter, drum collar diameter, and drum body diameter".
