About This Product

■Fully automatic winding and binding machine- Fully automatic measurement, cutting, winding, and bundling when performing cutting work, mainly from drum-wound wires.
- Length measurement is performed using an encoder, so accurate data can be obtained.
・Chucking during winding is done automatically, and winding is done by torque control.
- The wound wires are transported to the binding stage and are automatically tied in two places (with cable ties).
- Furthermore, the bundled wires are discharged into a special tray, allowing unattended operation for long periods of time.

■Handling precautions・Please be sure to follow the precautions listed in the instruction manual (see separate page).
- Do not replace parts such as the blade type or guide pipe while the power is on.
・Do not perform work outside the specification range.
・Be sure to refuel. Also, when refueling, please clean the machine to prevent dirt from getting into it.
・Be sure to clean up after finishing work.
- When installing the machine, please install it on a flat place in an indoor environment where general work can be performed.
・Do not intentionally apply external loads such as vibrations or blows other than during normal work.
・Please check the notes regarding warranty.
