About This Product

■Slim type with beautiful flat surface

・Single panel eaves using Alpolic®/fr. ・Expresses the beauty of large-area flat panels with smooth coating surfaces and minimal color unevenness.

■Summary

・Maximum total length of one sheet up to 3,000mm. Beyond that, the total length is ∞ at the joint. ・Protrusion width maximum 600mm.

■ALPOLIC® and ALPOLIC® are registered trademarks of Mitsubishi Plastics Co., Ltd.

ALPOLIC® is a material with potential for the next generation that was originally developed by Mitsubishi Plastics Corporation. This is an aluminum-resin composite board with a three-layer structure using aluminum for the surface and resin for the core material.

Assumed wind pressure Load test: Cleared 381kgf/㎡ (Width: 600mm Total length: 1,400mm Steel plates 10kg x 32)

■Durable fluororesin paint finish

The Alpolic /fr material used for the main body panel of the Alfin eaves is coated with fluororesin on both sides. It is the highest quality of all coating resins, and the molecular arrangement that forms the fluororesin has a strong bond, protecting the eaves from harmful ultraviolet rays and boasting high durability. The glossy coating further enhances the eaves and maintains its beauty forever.
