About This Product

It is a repair putty for industrial high ceramic beads with heat resistance.

■ Use

・ Heat -covered part → adaptation to wear environment such as powder wear, heat -resistant temperature up to 230 degrees ・ Effective as a wearing environment such as fine powdered coal machine in power generation facilities, raw material crushers at cement factories, and finishing mills, and are effective as a wear -resistant lining for hot areas. ・ As a wear lining of steelworks, mining, and ceramics related factory facilities (duct, piping, cyclones, shots, etc.), it can be used widely for long -term precautions, repair applications, and emergency support. ・ Wearing lining, etc. in high temperature range such as burner club liners near the boiler of power plant equipment, etc.

■ Main applicable equipment

Repair of heat -covered crusher, piping, duct, shot, hopper, sizzling tank, ceramic tile, etc.

■ Product features

・ Epoxipatent with a high of 0.5 to 1mm size small aluminum ceramic beads and SIC powder to improve wear resistance. ・ Effective for powdering and slurry wear, and has excellent ability to protect equipment from the wear environment. ・ Both the main agent and the curing agent are easy to blend in putty, and the workability that does not hang when applying is popular. ・ Use at a high temperature range (150 ° C to 230 ° C) at 230 ° C in heat resistance
