■ Precautions for use
・ Since Celcoat S is unrequited, do not dilute it.
・ If the groundwork is wet, dry it to a water content of 8%or less.
・ Use a cell coat S sealer solvent or a cell coat S Ebooxyer for vulnerable concrete slabs.
・ Be sure to use a sandbone roller for Celcoat S.
・ It does not harden at low temperature (5 ° C or less). Avoid painting.
・ Check the type and surface status of the old coating. Depending on the condition of the old paint film, the base adjustment is required, so please consult with Kansai Patate Kako Co., Ltd.
・ If the sucking is intense, apply it twice.
