About This Product

■ Overview

"HP Filament® (Durabio® Type)" is a Filament for 3D printers (material extraction layer system) with excellent weather resistance and surface characteristics. "Durabio®" is a resin with excellent injury resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance. There is a polycarbonate filament in the MEX method 3D printer, but Durabio has the same impact resistance, heat resistance, and flame retardant as polycarbonate, and has an acrylic -like weather resistance. Masu. Also, in polycarbonate, the weather resistance is yellowing, but Durabio is less yellow and is more effective in long -term products. Because it is a plant -derived (BPA -free), it is possible to form a product that is environmentally friendly and is not durable because it is not a biodegradable polymer. In 3D modeling, the nozzle temperature is lower than the polycarbonate, so it can be modeled with a low -priced 3D printer.

■ Weather resistance

It has a small yellowing due to light and has the same performance as acrylic.

■ Processing

There is little warping in 3D prints and excellent in modeling.

■ Environmental

It contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide because it is a raw material derived from plants.

■ flame retardancy

It has the same flame retardant as a polycarbonate.

■ Use

Car -related, electronics -related, analytical equipment -related, physical and chemical equipment -related, semiconductor -related, medical device -related element development, etc. (Do not use for implants)

■ Features of Durabio®

In addition to the heat resistance and impact resistance of polycarbonate, high transparency and UV resistance with acrylic resin, high -performance resin, which also has new functions such as optical characteristics and bacterial repellency, was made from plant -derived raw materials.
