PEI resin (Ultem ™ resin) is a super engineering plastic with very good characteristics. HP Filament® (PEI ULTEM type) is a filament that produced a PEI resin (ULTEM) with excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and high temperature at high temperature for MEX type 3D printers. PEI (ULTEM) has excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, strength, flame-retardant (UL94 V-0), low-smoke, and especially for enthusiasm, the loading temperature is 200 ° C or more and the UL long-term use temperature is or more. It can be used continuously in the usage environment at high temperature, as indicated 170 ° C or higher. Regarding the mechanical strength, the decrease is small at high temperatures, and it boasts the highest level of strength as a thermoplastic resin. In addition, 3D printers have less warpage than PEEK. We have a lineup of "1010-1000" and "9085-1100", which are widely used among Ultem ™ resins, as a 3D printer filament, and weighs 100g and 500g.
