About This Product

■ Overview

It is a MEX (material extraction lamination system) 3D printer filament made of PEEK (polyethel ether ketone) resin with excellent physical and chemical properties. PEEK resin is a super engineering plastic with very good characteristics. HP Filament® (PEEK type) is a filament made of PEEK resin with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and flame retardant for MEX type 3D printers. In addition, the physical properties are almost the same, but we have a lineup of filament for each material manufacturer that you use. Each company weighs 100g and 500g, and the color tone is available in black and natural. In addition, since we use special bobbins with excellent heat resistance, it is possible to dry at high temperatures with the filament wrapped around bobbin. Please use our filament for PEEK modeling in the MEX method 3D printer.

・ Extruder (nozzle) temperature: 370-400 ° C * This product can be used in a MEX method that can set the above recommended conditions. However, in that case, there is no guarantee of modeling. ・ Dry temperature: 150 ° C to 3 hours or 120 ° C to 5 hours
