■ Features
・ The raw materials supplied from the raw material input are crushed by fixed blades and rotating blades, and fall into the receiving box in order from those that are crushed finely than the hole diameter of the screen.
・ The crushed material that is larger than the hole diameter is gradually crushed by a rotating blade or a fixed blade until it is finer than the hole diameter. In this way, the fineness of the crush is determined by the hole diameter of the screen.
・ Crush the block -shaped and plate -shaped raw materials. The noise is extremely low, and the soundproof structure is also standard on the hopper (inlet).
-The screen to determine the granularity is widely available from φ2mm to φ30mm, so you can easily replace it with one touch.
・ Because it is a structure that does not cause crushing heat, it is suitable for low -temperature treatment. Steel blades, SUS (stainless steel) blades, carbide blades, etc. are also available according to the purpose.
・ Cleaning can be done easily.

Special stainless steel processing is used for standard rotating blades, fixed blades, and screens. The hardness is equivalent to the carbide, and it is difficult to miss.
