About This Product
In the past, priming processes with crushers and cutter mixers were required for raw materials with strong fiber, such as ginger, but our shark mills have no need for these pretreatments. Just put the raw material as it is, and it will be finished in the same product as the one that is handed down by hand.
In the case of ginger, the processing amount can be mass -produced up to 600 kg in one hour. The shape and sharpness of the knife are processed quickly without missing the raw materials, which is also useful for cost reduction.
Shark mill can also be used widely in dry type.
The scales of the rotating cutter and the vertical edge attached to the upper and lower sides are finely disconnected the fiber of the raw material. A rotating cutter with a different angle stirs the raw material of the crushed room and can handle it without unevenness.
■ Maintain low temperature by airflow.
・ The airflow caused by the shape of the cutter enables low -temperature crushing.
・ For example, the crushed heat, which was a problem of dry powder, is also cleared with a shark mill.
■ Calculate the number of cutters depending on the nature of the raw material and the required products.
・ The cutter can be set for 2 steps (sheets) and 3 steps (sheets).

・ The raw material is cut up and down on the horizontal surface of the cutter, and is cut to the left and right with a vertical small cutter placed up and down.
