■ Overview

・ Vector is a multi -joint -type three -dimensional measuring machine that enables highly flexible measurement by flexible handling by seven joints. ・ It has been used in many manufacturing sites, including heavy industry, construction aircraft, government agencies, and steel industry, for more than 40 years, mainly in the Japanese automotive industry. ・ You can measure without difficulty even with complex shapes and adhesive structures. ・ It is easy to carry, and there is no need to prepare before measurement, complicated setup, accuracy adjustment, etc. ・ It is possible to improve the basic ability of the arm itself than the conventional machine, and to measure contact and non -contact with various works and shapes with a lighter movement. ■ High accuracy polythnnic arm

・ We have devised an arm proportions, electromagnetic lock system, and the weight of the material based on ergonomics to minimize the load and stress of workers. -The total of six joint structures can be measured without difficulty even with complicated shapes, integrated shape structures, and measurement targets with height differences, and high -precision measurements can be made for geometric elements such as holes.

The probe at the tip can be changed depending on the application, and it is possible to measure places that cannot be reached, deep cylinders, etc.

■ High -precision non -contact scanner

You can select the optimal non -contact sensor depending on your measurement work and application.

■ Measurement with various measurement objects

The maximum measurement range is up to 2,500mm, but it is possible to measure the functions that connect the coordinates and the measurement of the arm that exceeds the arm measurement range by linking with the laser tracker.

■ Electromagnetic lock system

The arm can be fixed at any position with one button. Eliminate the hassle of returning the arm to the home position during measurement.

■ Compatible with battery / Wi-Fi (optional)

Since communication by battery and Wi-Fi is possible, measurements can be performed in an environment where the power supply is difficult and the cable is in the way.

■ Calibration

When the measurement environment is significantly changed or the accuracy is not stable, it is possible to perform a simple operation of the customer and maintain the accuracy.

■ Enriched maintenance and support system
