About This Product
■ Overview
It is a cable for measuring the surface resistance of the thin film by the reliable four -sized quest method. There is no effect of contact resistance because the current and voltage are measured separately. In measurement, simply connect the cable to the digital multimeter, use the four -line resistor measurement mode and press the exploring needle to the thin film.
■ Characteristics
・ It is a 4 -quest cable for measuring the seat resistance of the thin film.
-The exploration needle is a spring probe with an R -shaped rhodium -plated rosium -plated tip so that the thin film does not damage.
・ Press with a small spring.
・ You can easily measure the thin film seat resistance simply by connecting to your digital multimeter (4 terminal resistor measurement).
