・ Standard installed is a laser carbide or laser diamond blade.
・ For cuts that require a beautiful breakdown for SEM observation, etc., use a wheel cutter that supports each plate thickness and material.

■ Characteristics
・ Height and pressure adjustment can be freely adjusted according to the glass.
・ You can release the blade from the board with one action.
・ Silicon substrate and sapphire substrate can be cut.
