・ Aluminum Y -axis unit with arm with pyramid -shaped cross section.
・ High -precision guide is possible with a whole axis linear shoes.
・ Rack and pinion drive on the X axis, ball spindle on the Y -axis Z axis.
・ Machine system that enables arm bending control.
・ A guide with a guide using a double steel core strip with an aluminum cross head is supported.
・ All of the machine shafts are used for measurement and Renish show linear optical head.
・ The PHS1 head can be extended to 750mm.
