About This Product

■ Overview
・ When drying on 15 resin trays, it is possible to process 90 to 105 kg in shiitake mushrooms and 1,500 with persimmon.
・ Send a clean warm air that has been folded around the special fire furnace to the dry room and dry it. The standard heat source is an oil burner, and other gas, steam boiler and electric type are possible.
・ The body is used to prevent overheating, and the burner electromagnetic valve is cut off when it reaches 130 ° C near the main unit. Burner is a safe combustion with a flame -friendly CDS, protection tray control. The control version is equipped with double temperature control. Protects safety with double monitoring.
・ Please put out the chimney side outdoors with a 1/10 slope.
・ For TB-30 /60, please provide an inhalation gate for the outside air.

■ Individual design tailored to large amounts of drying applications
Recommended if you need 1t or more dry processing at one time. (Container -type dryer, flat dryer)

■ Compatible with a wide variety of heat sources
It is possible to operate the dryer of various heat sources. (Gas burner, electric heater, steam heater)

■ Change specifications according to the installation environment
・ All stainless steel specifications (recommended for dry foods containing salt. In addition, stainless steel specifications are possible only inside the dry room to reduce the price.)
・ Dotogy -type remodeling (trucks that can accommodate 15 trays can achieve more efficient work systems. (There are stainless steel bogies and zinc plating bogies).

Yokobuki specifications (Change from standard underwear method to Yokubuki outfit method, reduce uneven drying in the upper tier and lower drying. You can change either standard specifications and bogie remodeling.)
