About This Product
■ Overview
・ Use a dedicated wiring outlet. (Excluding E-20H / 30H / 60H / 120H)
・ In the case of E-20H, 30H, 60H, 120H, separate electrical work (power connection to the main body system board) is required.
・ Do not try in a closed room. (Please ventilate.)
・ Please install indoors.
・ Based on the ease of tray and the Fire Service Law, a separation distance of 1.5m in front, 0.5m on the left and right rear, and 1m upper.
・ Be sure to put out a model with an exhaust duct outdoors. In addition, the hole position of the wall can be put out on the side or later according to the installation location. The wall hole dimension can be changed according to the situation of the wall.
-The indoor effective dimensions indicate the indoor width (W), the top of the tray angle to the bottom of the drying room (H).
・ The shelf gap dimensions indicate the dimensions between tray angles.
■ Individual design tailored to large amounts of drying applications
Recommended if you need 1t or more dry processing at one time. (Container -type dryer, flat dryer)
■ Compatible with a wide variety of heat sources
It is possible to operate the dryer of various heat sources. (Gas burner, electric heater, steam heater)
■ Change specifications according to the installation environment
・ All stainless steel specifications (recommended for dry foods containing salt. In addition, stainless steel specifications are possible only inside the dry room to reduce the price.)
・ Dotogy -type remodeling (trucks that can accommodate 15 trays can achieve more efficient work systems. (There are stainless steel bogies and zinc plating bogies).
■ Specifications change that further enhanced drying efficiency
Yokobuki specifications (Change from standard underwear method to Yokubuki outfit method, reduce uneven drying in the upper tier and lower drying. You can change either standard specifications and bogie remodeling.)

Vegetables, fruits, tea, Japanese confectionery, Western confectionery, seafood, meat, tsukudani, pet food, etc.
