About This Product
NVE's IL600 and IL600A series isolators have passive inputs for the same flexibility as LED input optocapula. The IL600 series has a CMOS output, and the IL600A series has an open drain output. Unlike other isolators, it can be configured for inverted or non -reversed input. Provides PDIP, Soic, unique MSOP package.
Parts can also be supplied as a bareadai for assembling chip -on board. Applications include insulating PLC, serial interface receiver, I²C, insulated CAN bus, and wired or control.
