6 The Joe correction chuck is based on the principle of Chuck Joe vibrating in pairs. The two base Jo are always connected to the pendulum body. This allows you to position the work at the center of the six contact points. Six contact points can be prepared in pairs. Even blank materials can be core without distorting the work.
As a result, even work that is easy to deform, such as a thin meat ring, can be cramped with little deformation. The ROTA NCR chuck can be used in the size of ø 165 mm and ø 200 mm. It is effective immediately, and all large sizes are covered by sealed version Rota NCR-A. The new sealing concept achieves a longer maintenance interval.
