About This Product

■ No external cooling water required, achieving high durability and ease of maintenance. Two models available: 15g/h and 40g/h ozone generation.

While requiring no external cooling water, it generates 15g/h of ozone. It boasts high durability and excellent concentration stability. Designed with on-site ozone use in mind. Efficient cooling of the discharge section is essential for stable generation of high-concentration ozone. This ozone generator incorporates a radiator-type cooling water circulation system, combining the ease of use of a fully air-cooled system with the high performance and stability of a water-cooled system. Furthermore, by using a radiator-type cooling system, it is possible to seal other parts, achieving high durability. In addition, since the ozone generation section and radiator section are unitized, quick recovery is possible in the event of trouble. Features

■ High concentration and high stability without the need for cooling water

By adopting a radiator cooling water circulation system, high concentration and high stability are achieved without the need for external cooling water introduction.

■ Metal-Free Ozone Contact Section

The material used in the ozone contact section is metal-free, generating clean ozone without particle contamination.

■ External Input/Output Support

Operation via external input/output is possible, allowing integration into equipment combined with external control panels, etc.

■ Selectable Flow Meter

The flow meter range can be selected from 500 ml/min, 1 L/min, 5 L/min, and 10 L/min to suit the application.

■ Water Treatment Systems

As an ozone supply source for water treatment equipment. Its use is increasing for reducing the load on wastewater treatment systems and for removing discoloration after activated sludge treatment.

■ Deodorization Equipment

Except for the radiator section, it is sealed, making it suitable for the harsh environments expected in deodorization sites.

■ Combination with Microbubbles

Due to its ability to generate high-concentration ozone at low flow rates, it is also frequently used in combination with microbubbles.
