About This Product

■Product OverviewZe-GLES RB is a refrigeration oil applicable to a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment using HFC refrigerants. Because it employs a proprietary high-performance polyol ester base oil, it has high miscibility with HFC refrigerants and delivers excellent performance across a range of properties including chemical stability, lubricity, and insulating performance.

Features
■Excellent Miscibility with HFC RefrigerantsZe-GLES RB has excellent miscibility with a range of HFC refrigerants (R410A, R407C, R134a, R404A, and others), making it applicable to a wide variety of uses.

■Excellent Chemical StabilityBecause refrigeration oil is used in refrigeration cycles across a wide range of temperature and pressure conditions, it must remain free of sludge formation over a long period and maintain performance equivalent to new oil. Thanks to its extremely stable polyol ester base oil and its additive technology, Ze-GLES RB is highly stable toward HFC refrigerants and also has excellent durability against the ingress of moisture and air.

■Excellent LubricityZe-GLES RB has excellent lubricity and delivers outstanding wear resistance in many types of compressors, including screw, rotary, and scroll types. It has also been demonstrated to have lower friction than ordinary refrigeration oils, providing a high energy-saving effect.

■Excellent Insulating PerformanceWhen used in a hermetic compressor, a refrigeration oil must have insulating properties to suppress leakage current from the motor inside the compressor. Ze-GLES RB has excellent insulating performance on a par with electrical insulating oil.

■TypesZe-GLES RB is available in two viscosity grades, 32 and 68. (The numbers indicate the viscosity in mm2/s at 40°C.)

■Applications・Lubrication of various refrigeration compressors for freezing, refrigeration, ice making, and air conditioning using HFC refrigerants such as R410A, R407C, R134a, and R404A.
・Do not use with refrigerants other than HFC refrigerants (R22, ammonia, and the like).

■Packaging200 L drum, 18 L can
