About This Product

■Product OverviewFaircol NS 32 is a high-performance, long-life dedicated rotary air compressor oil and the first mineral-based oil able to offer 12,000 hours between oil changes. To meet the demanding performance requirements arising from higher compressor efficiency, higher loads, and customer demand for maintenance-free operation, it was completed by applying a highly refined base oil and adopting a special additive that successfully suppresses sludge formation.

Features
■Long Life Achieved with a Mineral-Based OilFaircol NS 32 is the first mineral-based oil to achieve a 12,000-hour service life without an oil change, comparable to commercially available synthetic oils (at an average oil temperature of 80°C, a discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa, and continuous full-load operation).

■Reduces Sludge TroubleFaircol NS 32 adopts a special additive that successfully suppresses sludge formation, and field tests on compressors from various manufacturers have demonstrated that, despite its long life, problems caused by sludge formation during use are reduced.

■No Adverse Effects on Organic MaterialsBecause Faircol NS 32 uses a mineral base oil, it hardly ever causes oil leakage from shrinkage of rubber seal rings or adversely affects components such as resin level gauges.

■Easy In-Service Oil ManagementWith Faircol NS 32, the acid number begins to change more markedly in the latter half of its service life, making it a lubricant that is easy to manage.

■Other・Excellent water separability is sustained over a wide temperature range for a long period.
・Good anti-foaming performance is sustained for a long period.
・Rust formation inside the compressor is suppressed over a long period.
・Because it contains no light fractions, it produces no unpleasant odor during operation.
・A high viscosity index and low pour point improve startup performance at low temperatures.

■PrecautionsDuring storage, this oil may occasionally take on a reddish tint. This is caused by the amine antioxidant and does not affect antioxidant performance or other properties, so the oil can be used as usual.
