About This Product

■Product OverviewFaircol RA can be applied to various rotary air compressors. To meet the demanding performance requirements arising from higher compressor efficiency and higher loads, a highly hydrocracked base oil was adopted. In addition, carefully selected additives make it possible to maintain high oxidation stability and low sludge levels, particularly in air compression. It is a dedicated rotary air compressor oil that can be used with confidence both indoors and outdoors.

Features
■Eliminates Sludge TroubleFaircol RA is a high-performance dedicated rotary air compressor oil that secures a longer oxidation life than conventional commercial products in various high-temperature oxidation tests reflecting the severe operating conditions of compressors. Extensive field tests on machines from various manufacturers have also demonstrated fewer problems caused by sludge formation during use and less sludge adhering to coolers at overhaul.

■Easy Startup Even in Cold WeatherFaircol RA adopts a high-viscosity-index base oil, so viscosity changes little with temperature and good lubricity and sealing performance are maintained. Faircol RA 32 in particular has low kinematic viscosity at low temperatures, allowing startup with less force.

■Easier Drain RemovalIn rotary air compressors, condensation of moisture from the air into the oil in use is unavoidable, so excellent water separability is needed to make discharging the drain (condensate) easy. Faircol RA shows excellent water separability over a wide temperature range, preventing problems such as emulsification of the oil in use and oil carryover into wastewater, and making management easy.

■Protects the Compressor from RustFaircol RA has excellent rust prevention performance and delivers a lasting rust-preventive effect.

■Good Foam ReleaseFoaming of the lubricant in the tank due to load fluctuations during operation interferes with normal compressor operation. Faircol RA produces little surface foam and has excellent foam release, preventing trouble caused by foaming.

■Almost No Oil Odor During OperationOil odor in the workroom is sometimes an issue, but Faircol RA contains no components that cause odor, so unpleasant odors are prevented.
