About This Product

■Product OverviewSuper Mulpus DX satisfies almost every requirement as a bearing lubricant, gear lubricant, hydraulic fluid, and slideway oil for general industrial machinery and a wide range of machine tools, delivering performance comparable to dedicated oils. As an industrial multipurpose lubricant, it is the ideal choice for streamlining lubrication management in the plant.

Features
■Good LubricityThe adoption of a new SP-type additive provides excellent wear resistance and extreme-pressure performance. With an FZG failure stage of 12 or higher, the highest level, its excellent lubrication performance has been confirmed in durability tests by major bearing manufacturers.

■Suppresses Oil Temperature RiseThe adoption of a new friction modifier suppresses heat generation during sliding, contributing to longer equipment life.

■Good Oxidation and Thermal StabilityA high-performance antioxidant is blended into a highly refined base oil with excellent oxidation and thermal stability, so the oil resists oxidative deterioration and sludge formation even during long-term use. This performance is fully demonstrated even in circulation systems under high-temperature conditions.

■Good Water Separability and Separability from Water-Soluble Cutting FluidsWater separability is good, so even if some water or water-soluble cutting fluid is mixed in, the water can easily be separated by settling, centrifuging, or similar means.

■Excellent Rust PreventionAn excellent rust inhibitor is added, preventing rust and corrosion in the lubrication system even when water is mixed in.

■Excellent Anti-Foaming PerformanceAn excellent anti-foaming agent is added, preventing circulation system trouble caused by foaming.

■TypesSuper Mulpus DX is available in 12 grades designated by the numbers 2, 5, 10, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, and 460. These numbers indicate the ISO viscosity grade, allowing selection of the viscosity best suited to operating conditions.

■Applications・Lubrication of various bearings in rolling mills for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rubber and vinyl rolls and calender rolls, paper machines, electric motors, generators, pumps, blowers, and the like
・Lubrication of various reduction gears
・Hydraulic systems
・Broad-range lubrication of machine tools (bearings, gears, hydraulics, slideways)
・Circulating oil supply systems for gears and bearings in other locations where rust and oil degradation are easily accelerated
・Bearing lubrication for high-speed rotation in machinery such as spinning machines
・Hydraulic fluid for instruments and remote hydraulic equipment
